✧PAYMENT✿ Full payment must be done before starting to work.
✿ Listed prices are not the final price. Serve to send an DM for a quote.
✿ Once the commission and payment are confirmed, no refunds are allowed!
✿ All my commissions will be uploaded to my networks as evidence of my work, unless you stipulate from the beginning that you do not want it.
✿ Commissions for commercial use have another cost and you must say if it will be for that use from the beginning.
●Commercial commissions fee will vary on the usage of the art. Please contact me for more details or ask for an estimated price.●

✿ You are allowed of requesting for 3 small changes or 1 significant change on the sketch for free.
✿ Additional revisions/changes will be charged.
✿ Changes for previously approved stuff won't be accepted unless it is my mistake. If you insist, a fee will be added for every change
✿ If the messages for the approval of the sketch are not answered in a maximum of 1 week I'm will to pause the commission and THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
→When a commission goes on pause it means that I will give priority to all other projects or commissions and your commission will be at the end of all my pending work ←✧DEADLINES AND DELIVERY✿ If deadline is required please say it while ordering.
✿ Asking for a deadline will be charged depending on current work load and request complexity.

Depends on my workload, commission type and complexity.

✿ Don't trace, edit, copy or sell my artwork.
✿ Don't remove my signature without permission.
✿ My artwork shouldn't be turned into an NFT
✿ My artwork shouldn't be used to feed any sort of AI.
✿ I reserve the rights of the artwork.
✿ I have the right to upload work-in-progress previews while working on your commission unless you pay for privatize the process.✧About my work & TOS✿ If you want to post my art PLEASE post the version with MY watermark.
✿ All my illustrations bear my signature without exception.
✿ Your commission information should be clear with clearly visible images.
Please do not use low resolution or pixelated references.
It will make my work difficult and may generate extra changes for you due to confusion.

✿ Please send lots of references to the correct character and color palette. ( Access to other artist pieces are appreciated, I like to have as much references as possible! )
✿ Be cordial and kind to me just as I will be to you.
✿ Please keep in mind that as an artist, I use my own color palette to maintain my artistic style.
I assure that I will always use correct and precise colors to achieve the desired result in the illustration, but I cannot guarantee that I will use exactly the color palette that the client shows me in his references.
As a client, you will understand that by hiring me, you accept my own style and color palette that maintains my style.
✿ If not reading my T.O.S or breach any rule, you'll be permanently blacklisted (Blacklist will be public to warn other artists.)《✧》Extra fees✿ Private process: Don't wanna spoil the surprise? I will not upload screenshots showing considerable parts of the illustration process. I'll upload the art on my gallery or socials with watermark in a lower resolution.
✿ Post on a specific date
✿ NDA required: If you don't want it to be public at all and never be publicly shown, a charge will be added.✿ If the character has many details, it can include extra cost. (very long or complex hair, clothing with many details, etc.) (10 ~ 25 USD).
✿ Detailed backgrounds have extra cost from 15 ~ 30 USD Depending on the complexity of the details.
✿ Small changes: Color adjustments such as saturation, hue, opacity, etc. +$7 USD
✿ Significant changes: +$20 ~ $40 USD
